UNDERFLOOR DUCTING SYSTEM
Introduction
SAGA Underfloor Ducting System
is designed in accordance to BS EN 50085 to provide the most simple and economical method
for distribution of power, voice and data services in floor where the ducting is buried in the screed.
Underfloor ducting is used to link the main feed point with service outlet boxes thus providing
flexibility in an office service outlets layout.
SAGA Underfloor Ducting System
consists of the following components:-
- Junction Box
- Service Outlet Box
- uPVC Underfloor Ducting
- Metal Underfloor Trunking
- Vertical Access Box
- Angle Floor Box
Technical Data
The minimum overall depth of screed is determined by the depth of underfloor ducting. It is recommended that underfloor
ducting is set on a rough slab and covered with a minimum screed of 25mm over the ducting.
