JUNCTION BOX
SAGA Junction Box
consists of three main components:-
- A Basic Box
- A Flyover
- A Trap and Frame
The basic box is supplied with a disposable screeding lid, thus preventing ingress of screed into the
box during screeding.
The flyover is either constructed from plastic, ABS or pre-galvanized steel sheet.
The trap and frame are divided into 6mm recess for carpet finishing (flange edge) and 9mm recess
for tile finishing (trim edge). Both trap and frame are constructed from high pressure die-cast zinc
alloy. The depth of the box can be adjusted from 56mm to 72mm. Brass levering screws are electro-plated
to give a good finishing.

Pre-galvanized steel sheet to JIS G3302 or BS EN 10142.
Basic Box side plate 1.2mm
Basic Box base plate 1.6mm
Pillar support - High pressure die-cast zinc alloy.
