SERVICE BOX
SAGA Service Box
consists of three main components:-
- A Basic Box
- An Epoxy Coated Service Outlet Panel
- A Service Trap and Frame
The basic box is supplied with a disposable screeding lid, thus preventing ingress of screed into the
box during screeding.
Standard epoxy coated service outlet panel suitable for power, voice and date is provided.
Non-standard service outlet panel is available upon request.
The trap and frame are divided into 6mm recess for carpet finishing (flange edge) and 9mm recess
for tile finishing (trim edge). Both trap and frame are constructed from high pressure die-cast zinc
alloy. Grpmets and handles moulded from plastic, ABS. The depth of box the can be adjusted from
56mm to 72mm. Brass levering screws are electro-plated to give a good finishing

Pre-galvanized steel sheet to JIS G3302 or BS EN 10142.
Basic Box side plate 1.2mm
Basic Box base plate 1.6mm
Pillar support - High pressure die-cast zinc alloy.
